Digital Products:All products sold through Faith Journal are digital products, including downloadable e-books, PDFs, devotionals, and other digital content.Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed, downloaded, or copied immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded.We encourage customers to carefully read the product description and review any information provided about the product before completing a purchase.

• you did not receive your download link,
• you are unable to access your purchased product,
• the file is corrupted or does not work properly, or
• you received the wrong digital product,
